Personal data processing policy

Website is a set of texts, graphic elements, design, images, software code, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity contained on the Internet under the domain name https://www.azmafinance.com; http://www.azma.uz

site user (user) - any person who enters the site and accepts the terms of this agreement;

personal data - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject)

processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), performed with or without the use of automation with personal data.

The parties to this agreement are LLC “AZMA ACCOUNTING”, which is the site administrator and operator of personal data, as well as any user of the site.

Its entry into force. As a part of this agreement, the user of the site gives to LLC “AZMA ACCOUNTING” voluntary informed consent to the processing of his personal data, including name, surname, patronymic, telephone number, e-mail address, taxpayer identification number for the purposes specified in this agreement.
The user of the site, by registering on the site by filling out the registration form, accepts the terms of this agreement, which become binding on its parties from that moment.

The purposes of personal data processing are:
- The conclusion and subsequent execution of a license agreement and an agreement for the provision of consulting services of the service "Azma Finance";
- providing the user with information of an advertising nature about the goods and services sold by the operator;
- identifying the user and forming the means of authorization of the user that he/she uses to access the closed segments of the site
- sending the user notifications and information related to the use of the site, the provision of services, as well as processing the user's requests and applications.

Processing of personal data begins at the moment of receipt of the user's consent to processing of personal data (user registration on the site) and is carried out until achievement of the relevant purpose of processing of personal data.
User's consent to processing of personal data may be revoked at any time on the basis of a personal application sent (submitted) by the user to the address: 100100, Tashkent city, Yakkasaray district, Kichik Beshagach Street, 70.
Upon receipt of such application, processing of the user's personal data shall be terminated immediately.
